Delete a RIFTERRA Account and Data

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the Google account used with RIFTERRA when possible.
2. Use the subject RIFTERRA Account Deletion.
3. Include the in-game display name and enough information for us to locate and verify the account. Do not send a password, payment-card number, or Google ID token.
4. We will confirm the request and may ask for a limited verification step before deleting account-linked data.

Data deleted

• the pseudonymous RIFTERRA account link;
• player profile, character progression, inventory, and equipment;
• mission, map, region, and gameplay progress;
• account-linked chat records still present in the active history; and
• account-linked gameplay aggregates not required for security or law.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited purchase, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal records for the period required by law or reasonably needed to protect the service. Retained records are restricted from ordinary game use and deleted or anonymized when the applicable period ends.
